Nature has provided many things to fight every small and big problem related to health and there are various ingredients that have a positive effect on health. One of these nature-given gifts is "wheatgrass" which is used as medicine.
Almost everyone must have seen the wheat crop which is like green grass in the beginning. This green grass is called wheatgrass and is a member of the Tritcumaestivum Linn family. This green grass is very beneficial for health as it is rich in flavonoids, chlorophyll, vitamin-A and vitamin C. Apart from this, it also has anti-diabetic, obesity, anti-cancer and oxidative stress-reducing properties.

Side effects of Wheatgrass

- A good amount of fibre is found in wheatgrass, therefore, excessive consumption of it can cause gas, bloating and cramps in the stomach.
