Sometimes due to disrupted eating routine, overeating and eating bad food leads to stomach infection. Apart from this, stomach infection can also occur due to bacteria which is an infection of the stomach and intestines. Thus, many stomach related problems start from along with stomach infection.

Food poisoning is also an important cause of stomach infection. In food poisoning, toxic substances enter the body through food due to which the person becomes ill. Apart from this, open and stored food for a long time also infect the stomach.

Clove-
Clove works to eliminate stomach infection by eliminating small bacteria present in the body.
Turmeric-
Mix 6 teaspoons of honey in 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and keep it in an airtight jar, then take half a teaspoon of this mixture twice a day. By doing this, the stomach infection gets cured quickly.
Asafoetida-
Consuming a small amount of Asafoetida with water on an empty stomach in the morning helps in eliminating stomach worms.
Honey-
Consuming cinnamon powder mixed with honey cures many stomach related problems related to gastric.
Banana-
Banana is an easily digestible fruit. Apart from this, it contains potassium, which is good for the stomach.
