2021-12-13 18:33:09

A bee sting is a common problem, but it can also be painful for many people. When a bee stings, the person experiences pain, sores and fever due to the venom present in its sting. Therefore, if a bee stings somewhere on the body, that body part swells and severe pain also starts. Sometimes fever also occurs due to pain and the effect of poison. This is because bee stings contain venom which causes infection in the body. According to Ayurveda, Vata dosha gets contaminated after a bee stings. A blunt object such as a card or butter knife (which does not have a sharp edge) should be gently scraped into the affected area to remove the sting. Avoid using tweezers or sharp objects because they can spread the poison.
