Replacement/Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy of VEDOBI (Vedobi.com):

We take stringent safety measures to make sure that your orders arrive in perfect condition. However, there is a remote chance that:

  • During transit, the order may be damaged.
  • There could be a manufacturing flaw.
  • You have received the incorrect item.

Only in the cases specified above will we replace the item at no additional cost or refund the entire amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 9 days of the order's receipt.

  1. Except for the reasons stated above, no returns or exchanges will be permitted once the order has been processed.
  2. In the event of a claim for missing items / leakage / breakage / damage / incorrect product, an unboxing video with the original packaging is required.
  3. To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to care@vedobi.com or call us at 1800-121-0053 with your order number and state the reason for replacement/refund in detail.
  4. We will not be held liable for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our prior approval.
  5. If the replacement item is not available, we will do our best to provide the best alternative, but the customer's choice will be final.
  6. If the customer has already paid, a full refund will be issued if the product is not available or has not shipped.
  7. For a refund on a Cash on Delivery order, the user must fill out a form that accepts bank account information to refund the amount.
  8. Products purchased in Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Vedobi Cancellation Policy:

VEDOBI (Vedobi.com) reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price for any reason.

This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The full amount of the payment will be refunded, and the user will be notified.

Note:

The management's decision on damaged/defective product and/or credit issuance is final and binding. Furthermore, management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforementioned conditions/policy without prior notice, and such modification/alteration shall be final and binding.
