- वृतीय गति (circular motion) में मालिश करें। मालिश तब तक करें जब तक स्कीन रोल ऑन पूरी तरह अवशोषित न कर लें।
- बेहतर परिणाम के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल प्रतिदिन सोने से पहले करें।
