- इसका इस्तेमाल दिन में दो बार, सुबह खाली पेट और रात को भोजन करने के बाद करें।
- यह उपयोग के दस दिनों के भीतर परिणाम दिखाना शुरू कर देता है। सर्वोत्तम परिणामों के लिए, 90 दिनों तक उपयोग करना जारी रखें। स्वस्थ कोलेस्ट्रॉल स्तर को बनाए रखने के लिए कार्डियो व्यायाम को अपनी दिनचर्या में जरूर शामिल करें।
