उपयोग कैसे करें
बालों के लिए- 2-3 बड़ी चम्मच तेल लें और इसे बालों में लगाएं। अब 10-15 मिनट तक मालिश करें और इसे एक घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। फिर बालों को शैम्पू से धोएं। ऐसा हफ्ते में 3 से 4 बार करें।
त्वचा के लिए- प्रभावित जगह पर तेल की 2-3 बूंदें लगाएं और 10-15 मिनट तक हल्के हाथों से मालिश करें। इसे रात भर ऐसे ही रहने दें। फिर सुबह धो लें। झुर्रियों को कम करने के लिए 2 महीने तक हर दिन इस प्रक्रिया को दोहराएं।
शरीर के लिए- अगर आपकी त्वचा पर खिंचाव के निशान हैं तो प्रभावित हिस्से पर जोजोबा तेल की 4-5 बूंदें लगाएं और हल्के हाथों से दिन में दो बार 10-15 मिनट तक मालिश करें। सर्वोत्तम परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए 2-3 महीने तक ऐसा करना जारी रखें।
