How to use

What is BP Norma lotion?

BP Norma lotion is an ayurvedic lotion that helps to regulate and maintain your fluctuations in blood pressure and continuous use along with proper diet and exercise can even help you stop your allopathic medicines.

What is the mode of Action?

The mode of action for the lotion is the therapy through which it is applied to the palms and feet soles. In Charak Samhita, Acharya Charak in Sutra sthana chapter no. 5 shlokas 90 to 92 has very proficiently described the importance of massaging the feet sole(known as padabhyanga) as it states that the roots of all the veins are connected to the feet. As an example, if we crush bitter gourd and keep it in the soles of the shoes while walking, a bitter taste appears in the mouth. This happens because feet are the roots of the body. BP Norma lotion, consisting of ayurvedic ingredients works on multiple grounds. Number one activates the veins and regulates blood circulation through massage, and Number two, the ayurvedic ingredients get to action by controlling the fluctuations in BP.

How does it help by rubbing externally?

Palms and soles of feet can effectively absorb the lotion and the ayurvedic ingredients in the lotion work to regulate the blood pressure by getting absorbed through the palms and feet soles and thus is effective in maintaining healthy blood pressure.

BP Norma lotion is a hydrosol of ayurvedic ingredients which is prepared through a steam distillation process by collecting the vapours which makes it water-like.

How to use this lotion?
